Merchants names McKnight vice president 

Merchants Insurance Group has named Shad McKnight as vice president of underwriting and product development.

McKnight brings to Merchants a wide variety of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry. He has served as vice president of product management, associate vice president of underwriting and product management, program and communications director and business technology consultant for fraud investigations for national insurance carriers.
